Project Process

Here we walk around a typical project process. Our agile project structure is divided into three phases:

Starting with the contact, a mutual confidentiality agreement is exchanged. After the first discussions, the requirements profile is handed over.

After the contract has been successfully drafted, the actual work begins with the joint creation of work packages and their processing.

All of this is done with the aim of a successful end to the project: when all defined goals have been achieved, a final report is produced and, for example, in the case of contract development, the product is handed over.
